Headteacher's Welcome

Welcome to Cyfarthfa High School.

I am delighted to become the new Headteacher of Cyfarthfa High School and look forward to a rewarding and successful future for the school built on the achievements of the past.

Whether its business or sport, culture or politics, few towns in Wales can boast such a plethora of figures and our students have the potential to achieve just as much if not better. It is our duty to nurture the next generation.

My vision to develop pupils into ethical citizens that can make a positive contribution to society and make good decisions for their own lives.

We will continue to fulfilll our obligations to provide a wide and diverse curriculum which in turn helps to create ethical, informed, global citizens.

This is an exciting time for Cyfarthfa High School and I look forward to seeing it continue to flourish as a first-class education provider in south Wales.
